Benjamin Beckhart

Ben Beckhart is an accomplished executive coach, former CEO, and global business leader with more than 25 years of experience leading organizations, building businesses, and developing high-performing leaders and teams. His perspective is shaped by having sat in the executive seat himself, giving him a practical understanding of the complexity, accountability, and human dynamics of senior leadership.

Throughout his career, Ben has served as CEO and Country President for prominent multinational organizations and held leadership roles with companies including Metco Inc., ACH Foods, Wrigley, General Mills, Disney, and PepsiCo Foods International. His experience spans consumer goods, real estate, fintech, manufacturing, and nonprofit organizations, with a particular focus on strategy, organizational growth, culture, and execution.

As a coach, Ben partners with senior executives and high-potential leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, navigate complexity, and translate insight into meaningful action. His approach emphasizes character, well-being, communication, and personal accountability while helping leaders understand how their decisions, behaviors, and relationships influence their teams and the broader organizational system. Ben holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
