Beginning her career as a mediator focused on conflict resolution, Amy Rebecca is deeply steeped in interest-based bargaining and difficult conversation models developed at Harvard’s Program on Negotiation.
She has studied adult development, complexity, and emotional intelligence to support leaders and teams in not just following a script or adjusting their behaviors, but in working at deeper levels to understand themselves and the world differently. It is from this deeper awareness and learning that sustainable behavior change begins.
Amy Rebecca is a visionary designer of leadership development workshops, specializing in sustainable, experiential adult learning methodologies. She has collaborated with top firms across diverse industries and prestigious institutions, including the UMass Boston Graduate Program in Conflict Resolution, Vantage Partners, and The Mediation Group, to create transformative learning experiences that drive lasting impact.
Classically trained and endlessly curious, earning her PhD at Syracuse University, Amy Rebecca is an avid reader, intrepid explorer of the human psyche, and lifelong learner of the human development journey.
