Dr. Cristine Adams is an executive coach, physician leader, keynote speaker, and leadership development facilitator with more than two decades of experience leading in complex, high-pressure healthcare environments. As Chief Wellness Officer for a major regional health system spanning multiple acute care hospitals, she has firsthand experience helping leaders navigate organizational complexity, build resilient cultures, and sustain high performance.
