Marcela Genis is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), global leadership coach, and former corporate executive who helps leaders strengthen influence, navigate complexity, and lead effectively across cultures.

With more than three decades of experience spanning organizations including Sony, American Express, Xerox, and AT&T, Marcela combines executive coaching expertise with deep experience in organizational effectiveness, business transformation, quality, and talent development. Her corporate background allows her to support leaders in translating strategy into sustainable performance and meaningful business results.
