Dr. MacLellan-Tobert is a board-certified Pediatric Cardiologist who retired in 2024 after an esteemed 28-year career dedicated to compassionate, expert care.
She completed her residency and fellowship at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, before launching a solo practice in the Midwest, where she served the La Crosse, WI, community for 22 years.
Beyond her clinical expertise, Dr. MacLellan-Tobert has been a driving force in healthcare leadership, spearheading large-scale organizational initiatives, expanding clinic outreach programs, and championing physician development. Her passion for leadership extends to coaching and mentoring clinicians, empowering them to thrive both personally and professionally.
As a Certified Physician Development Coach, Dr. MacLellan-Tobert specializes in guiding physicians who are ready to embrace meaningful, transformative change. Drawing from her own journey through burnout, she understands firsthand the challenges of a high-stakes medical career and the profound opportunities for growth it presents.
